Applications Procedure;

Applications forms can be downloaded from Institute website www.eai.ac.ke or collected from our main campus at Thika.

Complete all Appropriate Sections in Capital/Block Letters and Return with your Non-Refundable Application Fee and Other Supporting Documents to: Manager/Principal, Equip Africa Institute.

Application fee of Kshs. 1,000 to be deposited at;

Through M-Pesa following the procedure below;

How to pay via M-Pesa:

  • Go to M-Pesa menu on your phone, select “Lipa na M-Pesa”
  • Select “Paybill” option
  • Select “Enter business no.”
  • Enter the 4121851 as business number and press“OK”
  • Enter the ID/Name as account number (new students) and press “OK”
  • Enter amount to deposit
  • Enter your MPesa PIN and press“OK”
  • Confirm all the details are correct and press “OK”
  • You will receive a verification popup from M-Pesa
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS from M-Pesa immediately.
  • Co-op Bank will then send you a confirmation SMS of the deposit.
